Backing & Score on the web

For choosing a piece from your library, interactive books or the public-domain catalogue, practising and creating a performance video, start with the product guideor the Cinema guide. Common checks:

• Book chapter unavailable: check whether the chapter is ready and whether the edition requires sign-in or purchase. Not every chapter has been prepared for interaction.
• Book progress missing: use the same account and check that cloud saving is enabled. Wait for the saved confirmation before changing devices. Self-completion is separate from note grading.
• Stage playback or loops: tell us the book/chapter or score, the selected passage and tempo, and what you heard or saw.
• Wait Mode input: MIDI requires compatible browser/device support and a connected instrument. Microphone input requires site permission and can be inaccurate. Book Stage practice does not require either.
• Cinema export blocked: read the Export panel for source permissions, Free limits and Creator settings. A book purchase or Creator does not override source restrictions.
• Missing Cinema media: reselect your original local recording, footage, background or font when prompted. A portable package does not include all source media or device-specific styling.
• Billing: see Refund Policy and include the order identifier, not your card number.
• Existing class invitation: ask your teacher to confirm the join code or invitation remains active.

StageScore for iOS and Android

StageScore is our sheet-music reader for the music stand: your PDF charts, page turns by tap, swipe, or Bluetooth pedal, setlists, and markup. It works entirely offline and keeps everything on your device — there is no account and nothing to sign in to.

• Tell us which build you are on. Open ⋯ → About StageScore in the Library and include the version and build number in your message. It saves a round trip.
• A Bluetooth pedal does nothing: pair it in your device's system Bluetooth settings first. StageScore reads it as a keyboard, so the pedal must be in keyboard mode.
• Moving to a new device: use ⋯ → Backup on the old one and Restore on the new one. The backup is a single ZIP holding your scores, annotations, bookmarks, labels, and setlists.
• Lost work: restoring a backup replaces the whole library and cannot be undone, so keep the ZIP until you have confirmed the new device looks right.
