Refund Policy

1. General Overview

Due to the nature of digital media and the immediate access provided to our expansive library of copyrighted sheet music and audio tracks, all sales are considered final. Please read the following rules regarding our subscription and one-time purchase models.

2. Subscription Plans (VIP & Educator)

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store (Apple/Google).
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused time.
  • Auto-Renewal: To prevent being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Digital Single Purchases (A-la-carte)

For one-time purchases such as individual sheet music titles, backing tracks, or specialized digital courses:

  • No Refunds After Access: Once a digital item has been purchased and successfully added to your account's library (meaning the item has been viewed, streamed, or downloaded), the sale is final. Refunds cannot be granted due to copyright constraints.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience critical technical issues that prevent you from accessing a purchased item, please contact support within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund will be issued at our sole discretion.

4. Fraudulent Transactions & Errors

If a charge was made in error or due to unauthorized use of your payment method, please notify us immediately at support@backingscore.com. We will investigate the transaction and, if verified as fraudulent, process a full refund in cooperation with our payment gateways.
